Had some minor issues with federal primers but after a visit to double Alpha problem solved. (See solution section and youtube) Everything now works likes a charm. Tried the extra tubes and collars and everything went as it should. Have used it up to 1000 primers and no wrong side up.

Despite having a couple of teething issues the Primer Pro now works extremely well and makes loading primer tubes a breeze.
Saul at Double Alpha has been in constant communication and his suggestions soon overcame the initial issues with the feed ramp and some types of primers.

for a faster primer sliding down the ramp i used a little bit car cockpit spray on a q-tip and passed it several times through the ramp, now it works perfect!

Dear sir,
Very sorry to read of your issues, and happy to report they are addressed.
the primer disk has been modified to eliminate all of those reverse primers in CCI and other shorter primers. all new units ship out now including the new V2 disk, and this disk is being sent this week to all previous customers too.
regarding Winchester primers sticking on the output - that too is resolved by serrating all the ramps. a video on how to do that will be online shortly. all new unit ship out including those serrations.

Product is well concepted, engineered and made. Runs fast and can fill the tube in a good minute. Definitely don't want to go back to hand picking primers ...
However, I am not completely in love with this product yet.
Used Fiocchi and CCI primers, but they tend to bunch up and do not slide well, sometimes they turn sideways at the drop port and jam the whole thing. Used Harken McLube spray on cotton swab to lubricate the ramp and it tends to run better.
Another annoying issue is that i could not decipher yet is why I get on average two primers that are turned wrong way in one drop stick.
So, overall, very good, love it but needs a bit fiddling before it runs flawlessly...
