At Alpha Dynamics USA (“ADUSA”), home of Double Alpha Academy (DAA) and Competitive Edge Dynamics (CED), we want your shopping experience to be of the highest quality, with satisfaction guaranteed.  Products purchased directly from ADUSA, which are still under warranty, may be returned for replacement or refund, according to our policy below.

 

RETURN POLICY:

If we ship you the wrong product or goods arrive broken or damaged

  • You can return the item(s) within 30 days of purchase, in original packaging
  • You can select product replacement, refund or store credit
  • We will cover shipping costs back to us
  • Items that are used, altered or damaged will not be subject to a full refund

If you have ordered the wrong product, size or are not satisfied with your purchase

  • You can return the item(s) within 30 days of purchase
  • Returns must be in new, unused and unaltered condition with original packaging
  • Original, as well as, return shipping costs will not be refunded or paid.

 

WARRANTY POLICY:

Our warranties vary in length from product-to-product, but all carry the same coverage.

If a product breaks due to defective parts or workmanship

  • We will replace it for you within the warranty period
  • Products cannot be altered or modified, unless we instruct you to do so
  • Return shipping costs will not be refunded or paid
  • In some cases we may request that defective products be sent back to us
  • Products purchased from one of our Dealers, are subject to the return policy of selling Dealer. They must be returned through point of purchase.

If a product fails due to abuse, mishandling, failure to follow instructions, alteration or accident

  • We will NOT replace said product free of charge
  • Products can be returned and we will do our best to repair at our cost
  • Products that can’t be repaired will be discarded or returned, at the direction of the customer
  • Return shipping costs will not be refunded or paid.

If a product fails, but it was not purchased directly from us, or one of our authorized dealers

  • We will NOT replace said product free of charge
  • Products can be returned and we will do our best to repair at our cost
  • Return shipping costs will not be refunded or paid.

 

All claims under our Return or Warranty Policy should be accompanied by the original sales receipt or written proof of purchase. Prior to the return of an item to ADUSA, customer must contact us via e-mail or telephone to obtain an RMA number. Your RMA # should be evidenced on all packaging with your returned item(s).
