First of all I have run 3000 primers without a single inverted primer. I own two of the Dillon RF-100's. The RF-100 works well with large primers but when collating small primers it is difficult to keep properly adjusted. The dillon is loud and must be on a separate table due to vibration.
The DAA Primer-Pro required no adjustments at all. You need to heed their warning that not all primer tubes are created equal. The first tube I tried did not feed well. My other tubes worked fine.
Cons: The chute that feeds the primer to the primer tube will alway have at least one primer left in it which does not drop into the primer tube. This is unavoidable due to the way the mechanics work. If more than one does not feed it can cause a jam on the following tube. The easy fix is to tap the last primer in manually. Second, the angle of the hopper makes it easy to drop primers when filling. This too is avoidable with a little extra care when loading the hopper.
At 2/3's the cost of the Dillion, simple setup, and consistently keeping the primers with the right side up it is easy for me to recommend it.

Patience will be rewarded! This product is now my favorite primer filler by far. I have not had any flipped primers yet and I can fill the primer tube without having to watch over the unit. I have to admit that initially I was very frustrated with the product but after following Sauls instructions (especially regarding polishing the ramp and bowl) the unit runs great! At this price I believe that it is very good value.
