Easy to tighten up or loosen the belt. I will never use my Lynx Belt without the Ratchet!

Solid spacers, depending on the magazine you have you may need to sand them down a little as there is only two sizes. For example, my CZ tactical sport 40 cal mags needed to be sanded down to fit with the large spacer in and was too loose with the small spacer, but sig mags work perfectly. But any other common sized mag such as sig or Glock mags and 2011 mags should fit just fine. Also this set only comes with the spacers for one mag pouch. So if you have multiple pouches order multiple sets of spacers.

This is an absolutely essential addition to the Lynx belt. Without it, you cannot adjust the belt as the seasons change and you need more or less clothes. The ratchet belt addition took my rating of the belt from 1 to 5 stars.

THE ADJUSTABLE RATCHET BUCKLE IS AN ESSENTIAL ADDITION TO THIS BELT. With this addition this belt is now an absolutely perfect competition belt. I now own 2 of these belts with ratchet buckles. First I must say I bought the makings for this belt when it was first introduced. Back then I gave it 1 star and put it away with the other junk I’ve bought over the years. There was just no way to adjust for size based on the time of year/weather. More clothes vs less clothes. No way to get a good fit without adding or deleting links. The included buckle just didn’t have enough adjustment (maybe an inch at most). Then DAA introduced the ratcheting adjustable belt buckle for $22. This was a badly needed addition. I bought the ratchet buckle and installed it. That simple, inexpensive addition took the Lynx belt from a 1 star piece of junk to a 5 star viable and essential piece of competition gear. What makes it perfect? 1. It rolls up on itself and easily fits into my smallest range bag. 2. Everything Double Alpha fits perfectly (as well as most other stuff). 3. It is a totally rigid platform to mount your holster and mag pouches to yet flexes to your waist perfectly. 4. It’s totally customizable and easy to configure and reconfigure as needed. 5. If building a 2nd or 3rd rig, you just need links, pins and a buckle. You will have everything needed from your 1st belt. 6. If you gain or lose weight, there is no need to buy a new belt; just remove or add a link. 7. The ratchet buckle can easily be mounted in the front or rear and from the left or right side. 8. It is made of quality materials and just feels robust when you touch it. You won’t be disappointed!
