Purchased this for the case feeder on my Dillon 750. I load .38 Special & .357 Magnum. Some times the cases would jam in the feed plate near the exit, stopping the plate from rotating. I added the dislodge wedge and now no more stoppages. Great solution for a problem!

I have a new Dillon 750 with the variable speed case feeder. I predominantly load .38 Special and .357 Magnum brass. Both of these calibers were occasionally gettin stuck in the case feed plate. The factory Dillon one is tough, has brass threaded inserts for strength and would last for every. If only it was shaped properly to prevent the open end of cases from jamming againt the point.

Installed it on my Dillon case feeder and works wonderful haven’t had any problems since
delivery as always fast and perfect - I recommend it

A huge improvement over the shorty little dillon blue wedges and is an easy inexpensive upgrade for any caliber dillon feeder. For high speed 9mm use, also get the plate. It will easily outrun a roll sizer set at full speed.

Il Dillon Variable Speed DC case feeder è un miglioramento enorme rispetto al vecchio design AC originale. Tuttavia, il nuovo design della vasca del collatore, che ha eliminato la precedente lamiera laterale in acciaio, introduce un piccolo spazio in cima al collatore. Per evitare che i bossoli si appoggino l'uno sull'altro e possibilmente si inceppino all'uscita, Dillon incorpora una cuneo di plastica regolabile progettato per dislodare qualsiasi bossolo impilato.

Il nostro obiettivo è migliorare le prestazioni di questa funzionalità con il nostro DAA Dislodge-Wedge per Dillon Variable speed Casefeeder.

Il nostro cuneo è progettato per essere molto più grande e più lungo rispetto alla parte originale di Dillon, arrivando fino alla base della piastra e offrendo una superficie inclinata più graduale per liberare i bossoli impilati mentre il disco ruota, a qualsiasi velocità.

Il DAA Dislodge-Wedge per il Dillon Variable speed Casefeeder è incluso con ogni Piastra Alimentatore Cartucce DAA Turbo, ma è offerto anche separatamente qui. Per quei ricaricatori che sono contenti di usare le loro piastrine di alimentazione per cartucce Dillon originali, ma che occasionalmente incontrano problemi con la cuneo originale.
